It is little bit ridiculous that DV lottery. state.gov only supports  Internet Explorer 6.0 and Internet Explorer 7.0.

Even in Windows 7, There is no way to find or run internet explorer 6 or 7?

Why This website does not support Firefox or Google Chrome?
